L'établissement était très bien situé avec sa plage privée ses restaurants et bars. Services au rdv, personnel au top et au petit soin dès que nous avions besoin de quelque chose. Nous avions une villa 1 chambre juste à côté d'une des 2 piscines extérieures 😀 et avec une vue à couper le souffle sur Budva et la mer. Nous recommandons le lieu même plus que sur Kotor qui est très prisée mais Budva est magnifique !

The service at their restaurants is good. The front desk service is abrupt and a bit rough around the edges. The rooms are just ok - kind of bare bones not decorated much. Overall the people weren't very friendly. The people running the rentals on the beach were especially rude. The town is pretty and there are some nice restaurants. Just seems like people there aren't very happy and the hotel feels a bit prison-like. I wouldn't return here.

I was unable to travel to Montenegro due to the war in Israel and the cancellation of flights. The war broke out exactly on the day the option to cancel without penalty expired. The hotel refused to take the situation into account, and their offer to change the dates was unclear and non-committal. Therefore, they are now refusing to allow a date change for next year. Disappointing and unfriendly.

Hospitality at its finest. We were treated very well. The villa was fabulous! The views were stunning! Every staff member went out of their way to ensure that we had a wonderful time. Dejon in particular went above and beyond. We had no issues at all with language, as there was always someone who was fluent in English. The weather was a little chillier than we hoped (end of May), but I still enjoyed a swim in the indoor and outdoor pool and a splash in the sea. Our only regret was that we didn't stay longer. We will return! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Location is perfect, it's few steps away from the beach and also the entrance to the old town. Cafe right next to beach has a lounge deck area. Plenty of restaurants to choose from walking around the old town and a short walk to the marina which also has many restaurants. I had upgraded to the executive suite on the 3rd floor with a balcony sea view. The room is very spacious with modern bathroom facilities. The breakfast at the hotel has plenty of choices and good selection of options. The hotel facilities are excellent. Gym is a good size with plenty of equipment. The spa has steam and sauna rooms, indoor and outdoor pools which I used everyday and really enjoyed. The sauna could do with access to water. Other areas have very nice features. Hotel reception staff were friendly and helpful, check in was quick. I would stay here again if visiting Budva.

The only good thing I can say is the location and views. Staff is rude and doesn’t understand the concept of customer service. There was a bird in the restaurant every morning flying around. Even sat on the tables. They don’t have covers for the food so flies were sitting on the food. One of the elevators is broken and no time frame when it will be fixed. Rooms are a bit outdated and housekeeping does minimal when cleaning the room. There is no coffee pot in the room. So you can’t make coffee in the room. They have crazy rules no outside food or drink. Most people ignored it.

Urusul service & någon stjärna för mycket

Hotellets service är tyvärr ej godkänd. Vi levde utan vatten i rummet utan kompensation i 1.5 dygn. Vårt rum låg ca 10min från lobbyn så var vaksam vid bokning. 1 av 2 hissar var ur funktion hela vår vecka och rulltrappor var ofta ur funktion. Personalen bjuder sällan på ett leende eller visar på angemang för service oavsett ärende och plats. Ända positiva är deras position som är mycket bra.

5 netter på Avala Resort & Spa. Beliggenheten er upåklagelig, med 100 meter å gå til Budva gamleby. Bra basseng, lite barn og mye voksne gir en ganske stille og rolig atmosfære. 2 basseng, men kun det ene som er verdt besøket. Spa avdelingen er stor nok, men treningsrommet er svært lite og dårlig sammenlignet med nordisk standard. Bra renhold og standard, rommene er verdt prisen. Veldig bra frokost! Budva by og Perast er mye bedre å besøke enn Kotor. Anbefaler å bo 5 dager på Avala og leie bil for dagsturer. Oppsummert: 8/10.

Lækkert hotel, ubehøvlet service.

Lækkert hotel. Fantastisk beliggenhed. Rude personale, alle steder mere eller mindre. Vi så EM i fodbold, 40 mennesker så storskærm og rengøring begynder at støvsuge når der er 30 min tilbage. Vi spørger en tjener om det var muligt at vente. Men nej. Vi spurgte efter direktion til strand og fik nærmest øjenrullende blik af damen i receptionen, da den jo lå “LIGE DER” Værelserne var store. Vi lå oceanfront. Dog var de lidt tomme og fremstod “kolde”. Rengøringspersonale rigtig søde. Morgenmaden. Forfærdelig. Dåse frugt og kolde æg. Ikke sine stjerne værdig. Så en blandet oplevelse.
