Even though we checked in quite late, they patiently explained everything I needed to do and helped me step by step. Entering the property was easy and straightforward. Also, the hosts were very responsive whenever I messaged them. They even helped with parking the car. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the city center, but the way is flat and easy to walk, so it’s quite convenient and definitely a good option. There was also a large supermarket nearby and plenty of places to eat. We didn’t request cleaning on the first day, but on the second day we hung a note on the door asking for cleaning; however, no one came. I couldn’t quite understand why—maybe that service isn’t available. Since it was our last day, it wasn’t a big deal. Everything looks exactly as shown in the photos. Overall, it’s a great value-for-money hotel.

I paid for 2 nights. We arrived and no one was there. I called 5 times to ask for guidance but no answer. I emailed to ask for help but no response. I emailed to say I still wanted to stay at the property but no response. I emailed to ask for a refund, guess what…no response. I had to pay for another place. Really really unhappy.
