A small holiday residence with 25 comfortably furnished apartments, surrounded by gardens with bougainvillea, from which the complex takes its name. The apartments are located on the ground floor or first floor – either in the main building near the pool or in several annexes outside the main complex. Within a short drive, you can reach several beautiful sandy beaches, such as Porto Ainu beach, the Posada marina with its spectacular pine forest, the Budoni marina, and the Bidderosa oasis on Sardinia's east coast. A car is recommended.

-Security deposit: €200.00, refunded at the end of your stay after an inspection of the apartment's condition. For departures outside of office hours, the deposit can be refunded via bank transfer (charges are the responsibility of the guest).

-Pets (must be declared at the time of booking): allowed (max. 25 kg), except in common areas, €50.00 for additional cleaning per pet.
