Beautiful apartment with a pool and close to the ocean, ideal for couples and families

We are located in a small village in the municipality of Budoni, Limpiddu, just 500 meters from the entrance to State Road 131, which will allow you to reach Sardinia’s most beautiful destinations, get to the port and airport in Olbia in just 20–25 minutes by car, and be only 10 minutes from San Teodoro. The nearest beach, Sa Capannizza, is just about 1,200 meters away and can be reached by car or bike, or you can take advantage of the free “shuttle” service, which stops just 50 meters from the house.
The apartment, which is easy to reach, is located in a well-maintained, new complex with a pool, just a stone’s throw from a mini-market, a bar-tobacco shop, and a restaurant & pizzeria. It’s a quiet and secluded area yet convenient to amenities.
The home is very bright and has been furnished in a modern style with light, balanced colors, complemented by pleasant pops of color in the choice of accessories. It’s on the first floor, facing the pool, with a spacious veranda where you can relax and enjoy your vacation
The house features a large, paved garden on three sides, perfect for sunbathing, surrounded by a hedge; there is an outdoor shower, sun loungers, and a barbecue area adjacent to the spacious covered veranda with a dining area. In the living room, there is a kitchenette equipped with all the amenities typically found in our homes (air conditioning, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, window screens, etc.), and a comfortable sofa bed with a TV area. The two bedrooms consist of one with a king-size bed and one with twin beds (which can be converted into a king-size bed), along with a fully equipped bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.

Just a short walk from the house, you’ll find a mini-market, a bar, and a restaurant with pizza places. Budoni is only 2 km away, where you’ll find everything you need, and every summer evening there are street stalls selling local products and folk festivals.
