Located on one level, Bellevue 36C comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. The interiors are modern and finely detailed: living room with open-plan fully equipped kitchen, large windows opening onto the covered veranda and garden, sleeping area consisting of a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both facing the greenery. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort in every season.

The villa features a private pool set in the garden, with outdoor shower, sun loungers and a relaxation area. The covered veranda is ideal for al fresco dining, surrounded by the natural landscape of Gallura. A private outdoor parking space completes the property.

• After booking, online check-in is required (upload of documents and selfie for each guest).
• All data is processed in compliance with the GDPR regulation.
• Signing a tourist rental agreement is mandatory. The contract will be in Italian; an English courtesy copy will be provided.

Key pick-up and document signing take place at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

A door-to-door waste collection system is active. Please purchase the appropriate bags and dispose of waste correctly before departure.
