`The Grove’ is a stunning architecturally designed modern house , finished to a high standard and tucked away in a really quiet but convenient location, close to everything you need to enjoy your holiday!
The Blue Flag awarded Crooklets Beach is a short walk away, and the town is just a few minutes walk too! Just park up and enjoy exploring the local area.
This single level accommodation sleep 4 with two bedrooms, one superking room with an en-suite shower room and another with zip and link single beds which can be made as a king bed on request. There is also a family bathroom with a shower over the bath. The lounge has two good sized sofas and a reclining chair, along with a smart 50’’ flat screen TV, DVD player and a log burning stove. The good sized kitchen with its stunning granite worktop is well equipped with all mod cons and a low level breakfast bar. Leading from the kitchen is an orangery with a further smart tv and an extendable dining table and another seating area. Relax and enjoy a BBQ in the private enclosed garden.
Bude Town offers a great mix of shops, cafes, bars, pubs, restaurants and more.
Please note that the property allows dogs there is a surcharge of £35.00 per dog.
