The View of Budapest accommodation facility offers an unforgettable view and an exclusive relaxation opportunity very close the city centre. You can easily reach the center in 10-15 minutes on foot if you take the walkway down the hillside and cross the Elisabeth bridge.

We recommend this accomodation to large families, a group of friends and to those who are after a superior experience.

The apartment was designed to satisfy both who are after entertainment and leisure. Therefore, we created one big living room for 12, four separated bedrooms and two bathrooms.

In the american kitchen at the lower level even 12 persons could comfortably have a breafast.

Although the apartment is non-smoking, the lower living room also opens onto a patio where smoking is permitted

At the upper living room the whole company can admire the view. From here opens a 60 and a 12 sqm terrace.

The check-in process was very easy. We had a minor issue with the keys, and the host responded extremely quickly and was very helpful. The photos don’t do the apartment justice, the views are absolutely breathtaking and far more stunning in person. I also really appreciated that the doors have secure locks and that the apartment complex itself is gated. Highly recommend!

The view was wonderful, the apartment was clean and well maintained, surrounding area was great for hiking. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms up to date. There is an Aldi store nearby for any food and supplies that might be needed. Zoltan was very responsive and helpful. All in all, I would highly recommend this apartment. You could spend all your time there savoring a nice Hungarian wine or beer, and just gaze at that amazing view..!

DO NOT STAY HERE - UNSAFE and COMPLETELY DISGUSTING!!!

Son studying in Budapest for the semester. Reserved this place for a weekend visit with our whole family. Arrived to find absolutely disgusting conditions - mice, spiders, caked mold on a child's hi-chair, water behind the walls, floors absolutely filthy. Contacted the host - no response. Had to move to a hotel. Took a number of pictures to document the subhuman, unhealthy, and unsafe conditions. Contacted VRBO. Continued to delay and defer in the request for a refund. Said they needed to get a hold of the host - who didn't respond for 6 weeks. Never got proactive updates from VRBO. Had to call 8 times asking for updates. Finally told they could only offer me a one night refund. Do not waste your money and book this property - pictures do not represent the absolutely disgusting conditions.

Disappointed in Budapest

We were 3 mature travelers excited about our stay at this property after a fabulous VRBO experience in Prague. The Budapest property however was a huge disappointment. The host did not meet us at the property and there were multiple! steps and levels to bring up our bags . Our driver helped us and he said it was very strenuous ( he was a fit man). The front door of the apartment was accessed by key after multiple failed attempts. A new lock is definitely needed and I would not have felt comfortable leaving and returning with fear of being locked out! The apartment had a strange layout, terrace doors that were difficult to access and a downstairs bathroom that had no shower door or curtain and a panel in place to conceal recent work. The floor in front of the stove was filthy as was the yellow couch upstairs. Ant traps everywhere! The outside steps had no lighting to get to the street. This was not safe. There was a note stating a 1€ charge for coffee, yet there was no coffee. There was one towel and one washcloth allocated per person. We did not have any groceries and there were no instructions on how to get to a store or market. The only supplies left were 6 beers in the fridge, which don’t always work for breakfast! We decided that it would be too unsafe for us to navigate dark steps and a broken lock every day of our stay and notified the host that we were checking out and requested a refund. We never received a response.

Buda Apartment

We had a wondeful stay at this Budapest apartment! Honestly, it doesn’t get any better in regard to scenic views of Budapest. This view is even more spectacular than the photos on VRBO! Zoltán, the property owner, is very responsive to any questions/requests, and was easy to get in touch with during our stay. There’s a large dining table in the kitchen area which can comfortably fit 10-12 people, and another large dining table on the main balcony which allows you eat and admire the fantastic view. There’s also a small washer if you need to wash clothes during your stay. The apartment is in a very high-end neighborhood on the Buda side, and it’s within walking distance to a grocery/coffee shop called Füge Shop & Coffee that has everything you need. There’s also an amazing park across the street from Füge that our kids loved playing at. If you're heading to Budapest and want a place that combines a scenic location with comfort and excellent service, we would definitely recommend this apartment. It really enhanced our whole Budapest experience!

Beyond Spectacular!

We were traveling with our college age daughters and their friends. What an amazing weekend start to our trip. Buda sparkling on the left and Pest twinkling on the right. The view from the terrace is absolutely breathtaking at all hours of day and night. The unit was very clean and had all the amenities and space as outlined in the listing. Beds were comfortable and well appointed with bedside lighting and outlets. Open concept kitchen and living room supported our group well especially with the big table. The neighborhood was quietly lovely and very easy to get to both with public transit, Budapest's equivalent of Uber, or walking across either the Chain or Elizabeth Bridges. Be prepared for steep incline up the street or a lot of stairs. Great exercise and views either way! Neighborhood felt extraordinarily safe and gated entrance to the unit, but we did choose to only walk in groups together up the stairs through the park at night just to be cautious not because we didn't feel it was very safe. The owner was very communicative. We did feel very humbled by the lock on the front door. We had to work hard every time to lock it (a combination of key turn, handle orientation, etc.) so make sure it locks behind you and you've mastered the way. We are telling anyone traveling to rent this unit if they go to Budapest. It is truly that spectacular of a view and place to rest and gather.

Excellent Host and Property

We stayed at this property recently for 5-6 days and our experience staying there was great! The host Zolton was of great help and very easy to get in touch with. We had to call him a few times to ask for a few things about the property, and information about local sight seeing. He was very responsive. Our return flights to US got canceled and then delayed and Zolton offered us to stay longer until we get our new flights. I would highly recommend thus property for its stunning view of the city as well for a great host!!

Beautiful view

Best view ever! We rented it to watch the fireworks which didn't happen because of the weather. It has 3 terraces but none of them are covered and no umbrella. We were so focused on the holiday/fireworks, we didn't plan on what we can do if events are cancelled. We couldn't go outside because there was no shelter from the rain. No board games or any games there. 1 TV in the house. Kitchen is not equipped for cooking or baking but plenty of glasses and plates. AC water leaked on my opened luggage in the bedroom on the first floor. All in all, place was big, clean and had a great view.

Simply 5 stars. Excellent host Zoltan, great communication and THE BEST VIEW IN BUDAPEST. Comfortable for 6-8 adults and kids. Walking distance to everything. I hope to stay here again every time I return to Budapest. Thank you Zoltan!

Stunning views and incredible location!!

The views are seriously fantastic, and the neighborhood is great. Near Citadel, easy walk to grocery and great restaurant. Quick (but steep) walk to center of town. Highly recommend it, sitting on the patio and upper room just made Budapest trip.

Great Apartment for Family

We stayed at this apartment with my brothers and sisters and my mom - 12 of us all together. Everyone was completely pleased with the size of the apartment, the amenities and especially the upper room. The view from that room and adjoining terraces was incredible! We got lucky in that the Red Bull Air Race was on while we were there, and we had the most amazing seats to watch it! Zoltan was a pleasure to deal with before, during and after our stay. Highly recommend this apartment for a group or family. The walk into town is a bit strenuous for some because there is a steep hill with lots of stairs,, but it is not far, and the walk is beautiful.

Location can make your stay in Budapest even better

The view of Budapest Apartment made everything in that wonderful city even better. The light transformed the spectacular view from the balcony constantly. In addition to the wonderful view from the patio the apartment was recently redecorated and everything was fresh and modern. The kitchen had every possible amenity you could imagine. The bedrooms were clean and the linens were new. The property manager, Zoltan, could not have been more attentive to our needs from conducting a thorough walk through when we arrived to solving to most minor of issues during our stay. If you want quiet, secluded and elegant while being only minutes from the heart of Budapest, this is the place to stay.
