The apartment itself was great, lots of space, very clean and even has a washing machine! Unfortunately the office and process definitely took away from the experience. The office is located far from the apartment, staff unhelpful when i called with issues accessing the apartment, day of check out scheduled at 11am a staff member let themselves into my room at about 8am while i was sleeping, and upon leaving i (painfully) organised an airport transfer, called the day before to confirm and was told all was fine... i waited at the scheduled time and no one showed. I called the office and was told that it was not coming, there was no record of it and basically too bad. Such a shame as the apartment was great, everything else was just difficult.
