This was a lovely hotel in great area for exploring the city. A short walk to the tram stop, good breakfast choices & a light airy enterance. It would have been a 5 star review except.... Our stay was early October it was upwards of 16°c outside and full sunshine. Our room on the 8th floor, in direct sunlight and was absolutely boiling. The air-conditioning wasn't working and the room was unpleasantly uncomfortable. I spoke to the staff on three or four occasions, they didn't seem paticularly bothered and advised that the a/c was switched off now and it was only heating as it was the winter season. They did open the window (only one would open) which made it a little more comfortable however we would have preferred it to be cooler - we both woke on all 3 days with a headache from the stuffiness of the room. In a hotel of this standard, I would expect to be able to choose the temperature of my room myself and not be dictated to about whether it is hot or cold.

Warm, very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful furnishings and condition throughout. Sauna and gym area was great, bedroom, bathroom very well laid out with coffee machine. The only issue I had was 3 out of the 4 nights the AC was broken and did not end up working. Which resulted in a room that was too hot to sleep or relax in.

Radisson blu but not again

Business trip but the room table is not suitable for it, maybe for vacation, we booked total 3 rooms with other colleagues, 1 room has broken shower head, 1 AC isn’t working, 1 got a smaller room etc. overall not really satisfied with such conditions. Also parking one front desk allows for none payment for the 2nd car which parks less than 6 hours, but the next day we got asked for the payment…
