Staff were friendly, hotel itself is lovely. Unfortunately, there were bodily hairs from previous guests still on the shower walls, air conditioning was very weak/ineffective, and additional pillow was not supplied upon request, but otherwise a lovely hotel.

As a solo traveller I quite often get stuck in a corner room somewhere, but not here, room was spacious. Breakfast was plenty to set you up for a days sightseeing. Being on a busy road you dont really notice any noise. Exit the hotel and turn left, 2 mins. to the red metro 2, which wiill take you to the stop for the 100E bus to the airport, or on to the parliament building., if you prefer to walk a 25 min.stroll you are at the Elizabeth bridge.
