Great hotel, good staff and clean rooms. Location convenient to restaurants however lots of homeless in this area (same as many cities in the world). Perhaps the local government could flush or clean around the metro area periodically to keep the smell at a minimum.

Staff at front desk was very helpful. My room was across from the elevator but I heard absolutely no noise outside my door or from neighbouring rooms. Very comfortable stay, they offered many in room amenities.

The hotel is great. The rooms were quite nice, and the location is fantastic. It’s less than a block away from the metro station. The staff was incredibly helpful during the check in and check out process. Breakfast was quite good. I would highly recommend Mövenpick for a stay in Budapest.

An excellent city centre hotel. Located within 100 metres from metro in the heart of Budapest. Clean, convenient with large rooms. Busy area as you’d expect, however, once inside it’s quiet and didn’t hear any traffic or other noise. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good dining options and bar area.

Not a 4* hotel. Property is clean but rooms are small, house keeping is terrible. Restaurant is only open for breakfast & options are not great compare to price. Bar is small & option to dine in is not good idea as tables are small and thought having meal in a bar not ideal with kids. Overall management doesn’t have customer service even after several complaints have not received proper apologies or taken initiative to fix the issues. Proper management training required.
