The flat is located in the 6th district of Budapest, near the famous Andrassy Avenue, surrounded by museums, coffee shops and plethora of great restaurants.
Some of famous sights of Budapest are withing 10-15 minutes by walk and all sights are easily accesible by public transport. M1, trams, trolleys and buses within 3-5 minutes walking distance.

The neighborhood has 4 Palaces at Kodaly Körönd (Hungarian for Circle or Circus as in London) and is is a world heritage site. The old architectural grandeur of the Austro - Hungarian Empire is everywhere to be seen. One can walk to the famous Szechenyi Bath and the Museum of Fine Arts walking distance from Heros' Square and also can stroll in the City Park beyond. In Winter there is outdoor ice skating in the park. There is an outdoor/indoor market every morning on the street close to Sziv Utca. The Andrassy Blvd itself is one of the finest Boulevards in Europe with magnificent architecture on both sides.

The flat is very spacious and light filled with a balcony where you can enjoy the view of Buda and Pest while having your morning coffee before you head out to explore this magnificient city has to offer. It has two good size bedrooms, both with queen size beds, and a living room with a comfortable sectional which also serves as pull out sofa bed (double). In the kitchen you can also find everything you need for your comfortable stay. For your personal belongings, there is plenty of closet space including a walk through closet, where you would also find an iron and ironing board. The bathroom has a bathtub and the washing machine is also placed there. Quality sheets and linens provided. The flat comes with a separate powder room (toilet). All the windows are protected with aluminium, temperature control shades to shield you from the sun in the summer. The flat is family friendly and can easily accommodate up to 5-6 people but it is most comfortable for 4 people. It is great for couples travelling together, friends, families, students who are spending a semester abroad or solo travellers who prefer to have their own space away from home.

The building is a modern landmark of the neighbourhood, was constructed in the last 15 years designed in a way to respect the style of the sorrounding buildings.
