Hotel was great. The rooftop dining personnel made us feel inadequate and somewhat less than. Had a reservation for dinner at 7 but we wanted to check the weather that night. When we did a walkthrough they looked at us like aliens, then else asked if the menu was same as downstairs in hotel, the hostess looked at me up and down and asked me if I was staying at the hotel? What does that have to do with anything? The look said it all; we canceled our reservation and will never go to that hotel/restaurant again.

We were fortunate to be staying in a suite on the seventh floor, the views were outstanding and easily walkable to all the major attractions. All of the hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, polite and helpful. Budapest is now our most favourite place to visit.

This is a very nice hotel right at the base of the chain bridge. The roof top bar is added bonus. Had drinks and went back for dinner. Staff was extremely hospitable! Free glass of prosecco while you check! Would def stay there again!!!

Great hotel some great little touches!

Amazing rooms (but small) comfy beds very clean lovely modern hotel with lots of little nice touches you wouldn’t get in other 5 star hotels. Perfectly situated in Budapest. Would definitely stay back at this boutique hotel

I wish i could give it 6 stars. The staff is very friendly. Loved the view of the Chain Bridge and the river from our room and the restaurant on the 8th floor was fantastic. Convenient to everything we wanted to see.

We LOVE Hotel Clark Budapest for...1) the mesmerizing view of the Danube and the Chain Bridge - sometimes we'd just stand there and stare out the window; 2) the convenient location - the Chain Bridge is across the street, and the funicular is around the corner; 3) the lovely staff members who are so sweet! When we return to Budapest again we'll be staying at the Clark again!
