All of the rooms face the hotel’s main area, so the balconies overlook the restaurant and breakfast space. These areas are extremely noisy, with very loud music playing until 4:00 a.m., with no consideration for hotel guests. I made a complaint between 2:00–3:00 a.m., but nothing changed. I was unable to sleep at all due to the excessive noise and loud speakers playing throughout the night. This is a clear breach of basic peace and hospitality standards, and the hotel staff showed no concern or took any action to resolve the issue. I strongly recommend staying somewhere else and saving yourself the headache

Excellent location and great modern facilities. Functional room, well-maintained. We did not have breakfast at the hotel (many alternatives available nearby) but used the Pavilion for drinks & snacks, all good. My only complaint is with Housekeeping who did not show up on our second day at the hotel, which is disappointing for a two-night stay. When I brought this to front-desk's attention, they did offer housekeeping service in the evening but that ended up being a rush job in my opinion. No one asked how we felt about this or offered a compensation. This may sound "too American" an expectation but, hey, this is an American 5-star brand! I would still stay at this location if I go back but would be proactive about the Housekeeping performance, or lack thereof, at check-in.

The reception staff were wonderful, friendly happy and helpful. The room was very nice and well proportioned/organized. The restaurant was a visual experience and the food and service were awesome.
