The flat is fully equipped to suit your everyday needs. It is 63 sqm, close to the heart of the Buda side, but in a peaceful area. All attractions such as the Parliament, the Margaret Island, and the downtown area are within 15 mins.

It is easy to approach the downtown by bus from our place to Jászai Mari tér where you can change to tram number 2.

The area known as Rózsadomb.: ("Rose Hill") is a wealthy area in the 2nd district of Budapest, the capital of Hungary.

Rózsadomb is part of the 2nd district in Budapest, in the Buda Hills, one of the most prestigious areas in Hungary. Most of the city's wealthiest and most famous residents live here. House prices are amongst the highest in Hungary. The area has easy access to local parks and the forests and hills around the Buda area, while also reasonably near the downtown area.
Sights: near to the flat is the tomb of Gül Baba (10m on foot), the Rózsakert Shopping Center (7m by bus), Vérhalom square (jogging place, 5m on foot) the, Szemlő-hegyi cave (12m by bus), the Lukács Thermal Bath (15m on foot or by bus) , the British , Indian, Israeli, South African, Canadian, Argentinian, Chilean, Mexican, Nigerian, Mongolian, Philippine, Estonian, Moldavian embassies.

By the number 91, number191, and number 291 buses, it is easy to approach the Nyugati Railway and Metro Station, the Margareth Bridge HÉV station (HÉV to the Sziget Fesztivál), the number 2 and the number 4-6 trams in 12 minutes.
