Room was compact but well-decorated. Location is convenient and accessible, near a food market and many food options. Receptionists were friendly and professional. The food recommendations were awesome -- Definitely check out BorLaBor Étterem w the free drink and live music if it's still available :)

Charm hotel was a great base to explore the wonders of Budapest. Public transit options are nearby and there are plenty of restaurants, shopping, and bars nearby to explore. Being close to the river was a plus and the ability to easily travel to all of the Budapest places of interest made this a great location to stay for a few days.

This is one of the best city boutique hotels I’ve stayed at. The staff were all extremely friendly and customer service was exceptional. The room was packed with amenities and was in superb condition. Unparalleled central location in BP, right near the river. I wish I would’ve stayed here longer!
