Fantastic hotel! Staff very welcoming and nothing was too much bother. We had an issue with our bathroom which needed maintenance so we had to switch rooms but staff dealt with it efficiently and couldn’t be any more apologetic. A bonus as the new room had air conditioning 😉 Would definitely go back!

Now one of favourite hotels in uk. Staff made a special effort for my partners birthday and hotel and grounds are stunningly beautiful. Spa was great as was the food. Probably the tastiest sole I've had. Eating out in uk is too expensive nowadays but this was worth it

Excellent hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Rooms were glorious. I’d recommend rooms 203-207 ish as they all have a generous shared balcony that backs on to the Thames at the back of the hotel. Only slight downside was beds were a touch hard but still very nice.

It could be a lovely hotel if the staff smiled and had a clue what was going on. There was a lovely and friendly lady on reception, and one of the waiter serving in the evening was friendly, as was one of the bar staff (Josh). Everyone else seemed a bit surprised to have guests, and the women working at the bar weee positively rude in their demeanour. It could definitely do with an injection of cash to update it. The money all seems to have gone on an overly complicated lighting system in the bedroom!
