Blue House – Stylish Holiday and Seminar Home with Large Garden

Welcome to the Blue House in Buchloe, gateway to the Allgäu! This stylish, light-filled holiday and seminar home offers 200 m² of space for up to 6 guests. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and spacious living areas, it’s ideal for families, friends, business travelers, as well as workation or seminar groups (alternatively up to 10 guests with mattresses in the attic).



Families will appreciate the baby cot, high chair, toys, and books. The fully equipped kitchen features a bean-to-cup coffee machine for your welcome coffee.



Amenities include Wi-Fi, a workspace for home office and conferences, washing machine, dryer, and a modern heating and ventilation system with heat recovery. Step-free access and self check-in provide extra convenience.



Relax in the private garden with mature trees. The covered terrace is perfect for shared meals and cozy evenings, while children can play and explore freely.



Four parking spaces plus additional public parking are available directly at the house. There is a bicycle storage room.



The Blue House is a great base for trips to the Allgäu, visits to Kaufbeuren, Landsberg am Lech, Füssen, Kempten, Memmingen, Augsburg, and Munich. Lakes, mountains, and local events with markets offer leisure and relaxation year-round.



On request, beauty, wellness, and health services can be arranged at the house for an extra fee. The hosts live nearby and are happy to assist you. Events are possible by arrangement. Quiet hours in the garden start at 10 p.m.



Please treat the Blue House with care and report any damages immediately. On departure, empty the fridge and freezer and leave the house swept clean.
