Very well presented but has faults

Family with children so we required the use of the sofa bed, unfortunately the sofa bed was like sleeping in a ashtray, I am very disappointed that the apartment smelt heavy of stale cigarettes, especially when you are asked to pay a cleaning bill on arrival! The owners have put a huge effort into making the apartment a welcoming, very neat and exceptionally well presented living space, but other faults are they the air conditioner drips onto to small balcony, leaving a pool of water to sit in. And a annoying blinking light show from the door lock mechanism at night, when sleeping in the living room. And lastly the Pool advertisement needs to be removed, the pool does exist but is not associated with the apartment it, it is a private pool that you need pay to gain entry, and is not located near the property
