The spa shown in the first photo does not even belong to this property. It’s a random spa in the area that you have to pay extra for. For half of our stay, there was no hot water. If a place lists “full-service spa” and “indoor pool” in its amenities, those facilities should actually be on-site and included. The fitness centre also requires additional payment — it’s just a gym somewhere nearby, not in the building. There was also a problem with the gas, which we had to fix ourselves because the owner didn’t know when someone would come to check the boiler or at what time. We were not going to spend our entire holiday waiting for hot water. Overall, this was very disappointing and misleading.

Nice place. It said lake view but I didn't see the lake which was about a 5 min walk away and really nice to walk around. The flat had everything you needed. Internet connection was terrible so I just tethered to my phone on 5g. Responses were quick from the host which was good. There's a cleaning fee which says payable at the property but they ask for it via a payment link which seems dodgy but is legit. Good connectivity to public transport too. I would recommend this place.
