The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building constructed in 2006 and is furnished in a modern and functional manner. The property is situated on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property of the mountains and its quiet and sunny location at the edge of the forest. Available for shared use are: lawn for sunbathing, sun umbrella, children's playground, swing, sandbox, barbecue facility, pavilion, garden furniture, and campfire site.

Bublava, 700 mASL. The holiday apartment is located on a 900 sqm open garden plot with meadow, shrubs and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. In the same house are CSR EZG 110 (8 people), CSR EZG 111 (3 people) and CSR EZG 112 (5 people). Access is via a side road (paved, length 150 m). Snow chains are recommended in winter. Parking (for 1 car) on the property.
