**Pet Policy**
* Dogs Only:** Up to 2 dogs permitted with a **$100 non-refundable fee** (additional dogs considered on a case-by-case basis).
* Requirements:** Pre-approval required prior to arrival ($250 fee applies for unannounced pets). Dogs must be crated when left alone and kept off all furniture/beds ($100 fee applies for evidence of pets on furniture). Leashes are required outdoors.
**Vehicle Access & Mountain Driving**
* Watershed Resort roads are a mix of steep pavement and gravel.
* A high-clearance 4WD or AWD vehicle is strongly recommended year-round** and required during winter months or extreme weather (rain washouts, sleet, leaf-covered roads). Low-clearance sedans cannot access the resort. Refunds are not issued for transportation delays due to road conditions.
**Mountain Stewardship**
* Active Wildlife:** Bear activity is common. All trash must be locked inside secured bins with bungee cords attached at all times. Never leave food in vehicles.
* Water Conservation:** Please keep showers brief, run laundry/dishwashers only when full, reuse towels, and refrain from vehicle washing to protect our natural water table.
