This is the gatehouse for our larger property up the driveway. It can be rented on its own or in addition to the big property called Great Smoky Mountains Retreat. The outside of the property looks like a barn but it’s far from that. It is newly renovated with 2 bedrooms featuring 2 king beds, a full bathroom and a full kitchen. There is even a loft above the kitchen that kids love to climb up and sleep in. The spacious living room has a pull out leather sofa, tv, faux fireplace and games. It is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Lake Fontana is about a mile walk from this location. There are also many great hikes and parks within an hours drive. Downtown Bryson City is a 25 minute drive and is a very popular area because of the much loved Polar Express train ride.

Make yourself comfortable in your air-conditioned vacation home, featuring a refrigerator and a microwave.
