The property was restored as originally built, log by log, by Garrett's great-great granddaughter & family. Logs were marked & moved & restored for the front room, exactly as it stood in 1870, adding the modern amenities.

Open floor plan front room features the living room with fireplace (available beginning Sept 15) & full furnished kitchen. Decorated in farmhouse fashion with the modern amenities for todays guests. Large bedroom has a queen bed. Full bath with tub/shower combination.
