Very Good

We booked 2 nights to visit Bryce. They put us in the old building that the bed is vibrated when one of us moving during night. AC is super loud. The wifi doesn’t exist. Obviously no sleep for us. We went and talk to the front desk next morning (not 24 hours service), they switch us to a way better room. The front desk told us the owner knows the wifi doesn’t reach that building but they did nothing.
It was a great stay after exploring Bryce Canyon all day. Had a awesome meal at the restaurant then hit the hot tub staring at stars before bed. Great stop on the road trip.
Paper thin walls meant I could hear the neighbor every time they got up in the night. Shower changes temp up and down then up again and down again, you get the picture. The A/C unit never managed to get the room comfortable despite being set as low as it would go. Even my wife complained it was too warm all night and that NEVER happens. Stained carpets, cracked toilet, but the towels were nice.
As you drive up the complex looks ok, but as soon as I opened the door there was a huge black stain around 2 x 2 circular with more throughout the entire room. It was also sticky. I had to put all the towels on the carpet leading into the bathroom. I didn’t report it since it was only one day. The mattress was very uncomfortable, you could fill all the bed springs. Smell like they tried to mask it over powering cleaning solution. The restaurant was good though.
Property is old and crusty. Needs a rehab. We stayed in a “cottage” and the furniture pieces looked as if they were collected from a yard sale - nothing matched, beat up and tattered. Carpet was gross. Bathroom was caulked to death, the fixtures were from 1970 and the linens need to be replaced - towels were worn and the bed linens were microfiber polyester. The bath products were generic and cheap, as was the toilet tissue and facial tissue. The hotel options are slim but better properties exist in the Bryce Canyon area. Tropic, Utah is in close proximity and might have better options.
