The store was originally founded by Cecil Burrage in 1940 and now offers a one-of-a-kind retreat in the comfort of modern amenities. Located in Travis Park, near local restaurants, shopping, and entertainment, and with easy access to downtown and the surrounding areas, the Burrage Grocery Store is the perfect spot to relax and take in the charming history of Bryan, TX. This is also a perfect spot for traveling professionals and semi long term stays.

All payments for your reservation are processed through Stripe, a third-party platform required by Vrbo, which incurs a 3% credit card transaction fee per booking. If you cancel within the applicable cancellation policy timeframe, we will refund the full amount paid, less the 3% credit card fee. This will also be stated in our house rules agreement form.

Wow! One of the best houses we’ve ever stayed in. I loved it so much we stayed two different times in two weeks and we’re already planning a third stay. It’s the perfect size for a couple. Quiet neighborhood, one block to a great park, and only 15 minutes to A&M. The host was so accommodating and responsive. A big plus was that I was allowed to bring our large dog and there was a ton of outdoor yard space to let her walk around. I’m looking forward to our next stay already!

Great lodging in Bryan TX

I was in the area for a midweek stay visiting a family member at the nearby hospital in College Station. The Burrage is adorable! If you need more bedrooms/baths this great host has a new construction 3nr/2ba property on premises too!!

Nice Property

If you want to attend a weekend A&M sporting event or visit your children at school, this is a great place to stay for a couple. The place was clean and a located a short distance from campus.

Amazing little place!

Can in for a game and this place is so nice. Well put together, nice amenities and easy to get around to major areas in BCS. Would stay again in a second. Highly recommend the place.
