An architect-designed 2-bedroom, 1-bath ADU within walking distance of historic downtown Bryan. Exposed timber, a striking two-story layout and a warm, rustic-modern feel make this a one-of-a-kind stay.



Full kitchen with microwave, private driveway parking, shared laundry with its own entrance, and pets are welcome. Easy to reach Texas A&M and Kyle Field for game days and parents' weekends.



Clean, feels clean: Dr. Bronner's lavender soaps, Sal's Suds, lavender shampoo and conditioner, and 100% cotton sheets and towels.



The Space:

This ADU was designed by an architect, and it shows: exposed timber, big character and a two-story layout tucked behind the main house on its own driveway.



Downstairs: living area and full kitchen (with microwave). Upstairs: two bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen. There is 1 full bathroom. Please note the bedrooms are up a flight of stairs.



Parking: free parking on the ADU's own driveway (there is no garage).



Laundry: guests can use the washer and dryer in the main house laundry room, which has its own exterior entrance.



Pets are allowed (see house rules for the pet policy).



Guest Access:

You can access the property through a door code which you will receive in your check in instructions.



The Neighborhood:

There’s plenty to discover during your stay in Bryan, with the property putting you close to both the charm of the city and the energy of Aggieland. Spend an afternoon wandering through Historic Downtown Bryan, where you’ll find local restaurants, boutiques, art, live music and regular community events.



For a slower day, head out to Messina Hof Estate Winery for a taste of Texas wine country, explore the trails and waterfront at Lake Bryan, or take a walk around Lake Walk. Families can spend the day at Aggieland Safari, while history lovers can visit the George H.W. Bush Presidential Library and Museum.



You’re also within easy reach of Texas A&M University and Kyle Field, making Bryan a great home base for campus visits, Aggie events and game weekends.



Getting Around:

Historic downtown Bryan is within walking distance, with restaurants, shops, live music and community events. Texas A&M University and Kyle Field are a short drive away. Park on the ADU's private driveway behind the main house.



Other Things to Note:

- The bedrooms are upstairs, so expect a flight of stairs.

- No garage; parking is on the ADU's private driveway.

- Shared laundry: the main house laundry room has an exterior entrance for ADU guests.

- Pets allowed.

- Check-in 3 PM, check-out 10 AM.
