The AC broke our first night and we had to send our kids to stay somewhere else. We had to sleep with the windows open and we’re still sweating and then it was so humid in the morning, we were wet. We hung around in the morning and missed out on activities waiting for the AC guy for her, too. The host did not give any kind of refund or offer any monetary compensation. While I understand she had to pay to fix her AC, we also were out money and did not sleep.

Weekend in Bryan

House was wonderful. Pictures and descriptions match what you get. It’s priced appropriately and would prefer to stay here over a hotel. The owner is very prompt when messaged, friendly and helpful. Would book again.

Cute, clean, quiet and well furnished. Dining area in relation to kitchen was unique. Had a nuclear sized bug of some sort attack the bread left on the counter while dining. It scurried back behind the cabinets. Be warned. Week of check in asked the owner about the process of checking in and address. Got a reply that "they" will email you. That was it..... Made coordination with family in the area a prolonged process. Simple reply would have been appreciated. On a game weekend, prices well over inflated for what you get.

Cozy weekend getaway!!

We enjoyed our stay at this well-appointed cute and cozy cottage!! Check-in and Check-out was quick and easy. The cottage is well stocked with a full kitchen and lots of extras your may have forgotten to bring. Great location near lots of shopping and dining and a 10 min drive to A&M Campus. We’ll definately plan a return stay!!
