The apartment is ideally located in Bruz, in a very pleasant, quiet environment planted with trees. You'll be close to all the essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets. It's also close to the entrance to Rennes and the Parc Exposition, without suffering any nuisance, and has a large plot of land.

- Saint-Malo is 60 km away (approx. 1 hour),
- Mont-Saint-Michel is 82 km (approx. 1h10) away,
