The rooms were nice and the staff were friendly. However, the housekeeping did not meet our expectations. Our water bottles were rarely replaced, the beds were only lightly made, and the fresh towels were left carelessly on the couch. I left tips to show appreciation before leaving the rooms, but returned feeling disappointed. We also had connecting rooms, and the experience was the same in both.”
