Very welcoming and helpful staff upon arrival and throughout our stay. Our room for 4 was perfect after a long travel day. Clean, spacious, and each kid had their own bed. The room was cool and quiet and we all slept great. Perfect location for exploring the cities major historical sites and finding great spots to eat.

Beautiful clean rooms, staff was very helpful and kind. Received a very generous free upgrade when we arrived to the property. My daughter really enjoyed the pool and our room had an nespresso with nice coffee. It’s in the perfect location, we were super close to everything but it was super quiet at night. Definitely recommend if you’re staying in Brussels!

The hotel is in a very centric location with many restaurants close by. Even though we arrived early the front desk let us in early when we signed up to be members. The room had all the amenities needed. Would stay here again.

The room was a great size for our family. There was actually room to move around and for the boys to play, which is rare for rooms catering for families. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great. Great location with the staff recommending some great local restaurants!
