For the price I paid, I really didn’t expect this kind of room. The bathroom had mold, and the room itself was extremely small and uncomfortable — just bare cement floors, nothing cozy about it. I gave 3 stars only because of the hotel’s shuttle service, but even that was disappointing. They don’t follow their own schedule. On October 25th, we waited in the freezing cold from 7:05 until 7:48, while other shuttles came every 10 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous.

Rooms are OK. Restaurant has very limited menu and quality was not great. Breakfast is ok Shuttle comes only every 45 minutes and picks up/drops off at the same time. It was so crowded that some people, who got on the shuttle at the hotel before mine, had to get out of the bus with their luggage to allow me to disembark at my hotel. Other hotels I previously stayed at around BRU, had one shuttle to drop off people going in one direction while another shuttle was going in the other direction to pick up people. It was much easier and more convenient !

Limited hours which isn’t listed .. public bus when exit you must climb a huge hill and through a business parking area (Steep) and last morning shuttle is 9:20 am not good … overcrowded and unsafe. Disappointed as Holiday Inns are usually customer friendly. The building was nice newer … and confortable room

Beware about the free shuttle service. I wasn’t able to use this because of limited availability. Before booking, check the schedule first as there’s no service from 9am to 5pm. It says in Expedia ‘Includes airport transportation’. This is misleading!

We picked this hotel because of the shuttle . We had a hard time locating it and had to take a cab to the hotel. There are a number of holiday inn express hotels available so be sure to have the exact address available. They don't serve small amounts of food. You have to buy the whole special. Very clean, new, and nice help staff but the shuttle experience was only medium. They only have one every hour so don't miss it!
