Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in
We had to wait outside on the street for an hour for someone to arrive and let us in, in 36-degree heat. The place wasn't clean; the first things we saw were a broom and trashcan unpleasant sight. We were told the sofa sheets were clean, but they weren't even folded; they looked like they’d just come out of the washing machine—if they’d even been washed at all. The bathroom smelled terrible the whole time, and worst of all, the air conditioning didn't work! It was 38°C in the middle of a heatwave with no fan. It was also the noisiest apartment I’ve ever stayed in—ground floor with ambulances passing by all night—so we couldn't sleep at all during the four nights we were there for work due to the heat and noise. The apartment was spacious and has potential, but the maintenance was terrible.
