Tiny gym. Elevator wouldn't go to my floor (4th floor). Constant renovations from about 8am vibrating around the place. Breakfast is expensive for what you get but buffet is ok. Helpful staff and clean rooms.

This property is in an Awesome location to Grand Place, City Center and Central Train Station. Lots of restaurants as soon as you walk out the door of hotel. Downside, the Hotel is under Construction. My room was very spacious but need new carpeting, flip side it had a new bath and toilet. I Recommend this Hotel and I would stay again especially if it is construction free

Do not book this hotel without a confirmation that they are finished with their renovation. I booked in June, the renovation started in February and they didn't mention it on the Hotels.com website. It is run down, lacks AC and needs the renovation. If I would have known, I would never have booked it.

I was there in early July. The hotel was undergoing renovations. Noisy all day. As a result of the construction we had to use the service elevator which was extremely small. Additionally, after paying the city tax, I was told that there's no air conditioning as advertised. I think the hotel being under construction and the lack of air conditioning should be disclosed when making a reservation. The one bright spot is, that the hotel is in central Brussels. The central train station is close making it convenient go places. There are also plenty of restaurants in the area of the hotel.

really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is very central, which made it easy to walk around and visit the main attractions. The room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet — perfect for relaxing after a day in Brussels. Friendly staff and a pleasant atmosphere. I definitely recommend it!

I was only here for 3 days. there is not any A/C, had to open a window just get some air inot the room. the room was small, and the hotel was under going renovation at the time so there was a lot of noise. the buffet was decent. good thing is outside next to the hotel are some clubs and bars so there is a night life. plus, there wasn't much water pressure in the bathtub. when I turn it to warm water pressure was low. turned to cold it was good.I only recommend this place for 3 day max and if your on a budget

The room itself was okay but was very hot and I had no way to control the temperature. The corridors were all dusty and looked like building sites as I think the hotel is being renovated. The lift was not working which meant I had to climb to the 5th floor. The location was great however and staff were friendly.
