This property is in an Awesome location to Grand Place, City Center and Central Train Station. Lots of restaurants as soon as you walk out the door of hotel. Downside, the Hotel is under Construction. My room was very spacious but need new carpeting, flip side it had a new bath and toilet. I Recommend this Hotel and I would stay again especially if it is construction free

The room itself was okay but was very hot and I had no way to control the temperature. The corridors were all dusty and looked like building sites as I think the hotel is being renovated. The lift was not working which meant I had to climb to the 5th floor. The location was great however and staff were friendly.

Arrived w air conditioning broke and later the elevator broke. I would think a hotel could have this fixed promptly, but it was like this for days. Room was clean but details missed. Staff was amazing. Having to use stairs, the hallways were cluttered and not easy to get bags through. A snack or treat would have been nice. Good access to food, drinks, entertainment, etc.

Do NOT stay here! It’s completely under construction. Construction noises throughout the day & into night. The elevator wasn’t working so we had to climb 5 levels with luggage & there was construction debris all over the stairwell. (We had to duck our heads to avoid hanging wires.) Carpet in room was disgusting, giant cracks in the walls/ceiling. NO temperature control unit like they said. Only thing that was nice about this hotel at all was the renovated bathroom.

Here are the good stuff: Location is the best. Right in the middle of action. Couple of steps from bars/restaurants/shopping. 7-10 minutes walking from train station. Here are the bad: - Room was not quite clean as should be - THE AIR CONDITIONING WAS NOT WORKING. - The hotel front desk told me they will turn on June. (If it is hot in May, they do not care) I had big problem to sleep the hot last night. - it is quite noisy (from the street) late night. The experience was not terrible, but there is a room for improvement
