The address of the property was wrongly mentioned on Expedia. I had to search for an hour to find the property. The number of the host on Expedia was going to voicemail. So no way of reaching them and they were not replying to messages as well. Upon reaching the property, the door was locked and I finally got a response from someone managing the property that they don't have an apartment ready and will take time to ready one. I was able to check-in into the apartment at 7 PM whereas the check-in time was 4 PM. There was no hot water in the kitchen or bathroom. No one bothered to help me about it. Host didn't respond to my messages. I had to stay for 3 nights without hot water. No one came for cleaning the apartment. Haven't had such a terrible stay anywhere thus far. This one is definitely on top of the list. Would just recommend anyone to avoid this place totally. I had to pay more than 600 euros for 3 nights and it was totally not worth it.

This is absolutely one of our favorite places we ever stayed by far, even compared to the 5 stars! Super clean, charming, roomy, amazing location. Accommodating and helpful hotel host. Central station and metro just within 5 minutes walk; we were able to use Brussels as our base and took a few day trips around Brussels. All attractions are within walkable distance, Plenty of nice restaurants and shops nearby. Highly recommended!

Yerlerin ve ortamın yeterince temiz olmadığını düşünüyorum. 2 kişi ve 1 çocuk konakladık. Salondaki extra kanepe için çarşaf yoktu, ikinci gün temin ettiler.

Fantastic experience and service minded staff!

The original room I had booked wasn't available, so I was given a replacement which turned out to be a fantastic apartment in a better place of the city. I'm very happy with the way this was dealt with and the quality of the replacement. The check-in and check-out process as well as the communication with the staff during the stay was very efficient, and very service minded.
