We arrived for a 4 night stay about lunch time and the reception staff were very helpful and found our room was ready. Room was on 5th floor with 3 lifts and fresh water dispenser on each floor, also a microwave - though we didn't use this.

Staff are not helpful at all except malane(not sure about spelling) and a young gentleman. They also chrged security deposite , but refunded by cash. Euro when checked out to return to the us Checking out process has been takingblong and appeared nobody knows what to do. Day 1, when i checked in, they didnt inform me that theybwould have a fire drill. I was left alone in my room and panicked. My safe was not working then changed. Next day, I found out coffee machine was not working, then changed. Area is not safe at all, a lot of addicts and homeless in the area. I dont recomend thus hotel at all.

One of the best hotels we have stayed in since we have lived in Europe! This is not your typical European hotel. Rooms were immaculate, free water for drinking (each room had glass bottles that you could fill up anytime from a dispenser), expedious service at the front desk, great food in the restaurant, coutious service at the bar, and to top it all off, no typical Europen breakfast They had a huge selection of food, from different types of granola, to eggs (boiled, scrambled, and sunside-up), cereals, fresh fruit, 3 types of yogurt, cafe machine, etc. etc.

We just needed a clean and comfy bed near the centre. This was perfect, we didn’t have expectation for food here and I can tell u if all you are looking for was a nice comfy bed with enough space this is perfect. Has a gym and a sauna as well

There was a cold air vent in the room that the staff couldn't turn off. The temperature outside was a pleasant 22 degrees Celsius, but the room was freezing cold. Instead of turning it off, they explained it was fresh air. I caught a cold, and my throat, sinuses, and head hurt, and I had a runny nose. The inability to turn off this cold air vent completely disqualifies this hotel for me.
