Everything is broke. Only 1 out of 4 elevators. Our AC barely worked. You had to talk to the front desk to get get let out of the parking lot. They charge a premium price for a very mid level hotel. Tiny pillows. The bar/restraunt is the only nice thing.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
This is quite a nice hotel though the design is showing its age (as are certain aspects of the rooms). I would have given the hotel 5 stars but for the fact that the hotel is situated in an office park with no shopping, restaurants, transportation, etc. nearby. You are definitely a captive audience here. Yes, you can take the hotel's shuttle to the airport to access trains into the city and other locations, but hardly convenient. If you stay here, be prepared to mostly STAY here, unless you have a car. Other than that, I found the food quite good, the staff very helpful, the park and lake setting behind the hotel pleasant, and the room comfortable.
