Complexe sportif qui possède quelques chambres. L'accueil est donc un peu bizarre, mais ça se fait bien. Quelques box insonorisées pour télétravailler longent le couloirs d'accès aux chambres. Pour les personnes à mobilité réduire ou malvoyantes ou même avec sa valise, il y a beaucoup de niveaux, de marches... la fente pour la carte dans la chambre n'est pas éclairée j'ai du utiliser mon téléphone et comprendre quelle devait être insérée de biais. Il n'y a pas de radiateur dans la salle de bain donc la température est ce quelle est. Le bas de douche était tout moisi alors que l'hôtel à l'air neuf. Les fenêtres n'isolent pas du tout ni de la rue (vue sur accès au parking) ni des avions donc jusqu'à la fermeture du complexe à 23h et le matin à 6h vous êtes incommodés. Le restaurant sur place fait à emporter sur plateau mais ne livre pas, mais on peut mettre sur la chambre. Le plat du jour était un peu cher mais très bon et copieux. Le complexe sportif n'est pas fait pour les déficients moteurs ou visuel : peu de panneaux et un sol très glissant. Pas de casier pour ses affaires (bouteille d'eau, téléphone, peignoir...) dans l'espace "spa". Une bouteille d'eau sans marque et plateau de courtoisie en chambre. Produits de toilettes en pompe rechargeable. PDJ pas testé.

They charge 40€ for breakfast in advance and if you ask for the second coffee they charge you another 4€! The official breakfast price is 15€. Do not let rip you off.

Great stay however not your normal 4/5 star hotel!

The hotel part of the property is very small and more like a bolt on to the Sport and Fitness centre. It is not like your normal hotel with a concierge service and bar area which you would expect to fine from a 4 or 5 star hotel. The restaurant and bar area are in the sports area. The gym and spa facilities however are second to none and far greater than any 4 or 5 star hotel which i have stayed.

Établissement agréable avec des structures sportives de qualité. L'établissement est plutôt propre mais aurait besoin d'etre rénové, le style est un peu vieillot dans les parties communes. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de seche serviette dans les chambres. Avec la piscine c'est nécessaire de faire secher son maillot de bain. Le personnel à l'accueil le jour est tres professionnel et au service des clients. Par contre l'équipe du soir est beaucoup moins professionnel. Quand on rentre le soir, pas de salutations. J'ai eu un petite innondation dans la salle de bain car ma fille n'avait pas enlevé le couvercle d'évacuation de la douche qui n'avaitpas ete enlevé. J'ai averti le personnel de l'accueil du soir, il m'a donné des serviettes et m'a laissé me débrouiller avec !!! C'est quand même un 4 etoiles avec le tarif qui va avec, je n'ai pas à nettoyer la salle de bain. Je trouve dommage que les enfants aient accès à la piscine qu'a des horaires limités. Ils ne peuvent pas non plus profiter du côté jaccuzzi. Le personnel du restaurant est très serviable, la cuisine est delicieuse. Le petit-déjeuner est correcte mais pas exceptionnel.

Heel erg leuk hotel, waar heel veel te doen is. Echt een aanrader. Het enige nadeel is dat we daardoor niets gezien hebben van Brussel, haha, dan moeten we dus nog maar een keertje terugkomen.

Les points positifs:l'accueil, le personnel très à l'écoute. Les points negatifs:chambre très basique dans un bâtiment froid et impersonnel sans aucun aménagements pour attirer des touristes à y rester. Le petit-déjeuner manque en qualité pour le prix, si vous optez pour le plus cher à 15euros où vous pouvez sélectionner vos propres envies, pas de grandes différences de prestations. Le club est réputé uniquement pour son club de sport qui est, quand à lui, très moderne et bien équipé. Le prix de la chambre ne vaut pas la prestation sauf si vous avez l'idée d'aller au club.De plus parking en supplément à 15eur.

La paroi de douche n'est pas étanche au sol. Les deux verres dans la SDB ne sont pas plastifiés. Un mélangeur sur le lavabo aurait été approprié. (Seul petit bémol) Sinon,pour le reste,très bon établissement !! La literie est agréable et confortable.
