The staff was amazing, the were super friendly and willing to help. The coditions of the room needs to improve. The walls super dirty, the washroom dirty. They dont clean the room even if you stay 5 days. All do the midi station it is not safe we Didn't feel unsafe.

This is a good option if you have a late arrival or early departure to/from Bruxelles Midi, as I did; being able to walk to the Eurostar terminal in six minutes is a great advantage. And the room was very comfortable. But aside from the location I booked here for the kitchenette as I like to self cater. But it’s not properly set up for self catering. I can’t comment on the microwave/grill thing because I didn’t try to use it. The hob was fine once I eventually worked out how to use it - an instruction manual would have been very helpful. But the worst thing was the lack of appropriate kitchen tools: the only sharp knife provided was a serrated bread knife, which is useless for cutting meat or vegetables. And a cooking spoon would have been much appreciated. If you’re marketing self catering facilities you really do need to deliver the tools to do the job.

I had often heard that the area around Gare du Midi was unsafe and dirty, but I was pleasantly surprised. While some parts just outside the train station weren’t very clean and had a number of homeless people sleeping there, the streets near our hotel as well as the metro and train stations were nice and felt fine. The hotel’s location is very convenient, with easy access to the subway, train station, grocery stores, and more. The staff were helpful and friendly, and our room was clean and equipped with everything we needed.

Had to go down in the middle of the night to the front desk because our air conditioner didn’t work in the room was very hot. The power for all air conditioners in all rooms are at the front desk.

Nice place with everything you need. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Clean and smart. Excellent breakfast. Close to Midi station so very handy if you come in on Eurostar. However that does mean a bit further out of centre that we'd anticipated. Metro connections reasonably close- 5 minute walk, or about 30 minutes brisk walk all the way to Grand Place. Area a bit run down but does have everything you need close - supermarket etc. Enjoyed our stay.

Nice size, beds good, location not great. It is close to the train station but did not feel safe and about a 30 min walk to the city centre. We had no TV for our entire 4 night stay after telling them the first night and repeated told them . They did offer another room but had a double bed. No housekeeping. You have to ask for toilet paper and fresh towels.
