The front desk clerks were nice to unfriendly. Poor communications about breakfasts, one French lady was not friendly when i explained i cannot hear. She would not communicate in writing so she was jerk. Three other hotel staff were friendly, cordial and helpful. Breakfast was good first 2 days then reduced to simple breakfasts for same amount of $$$. There needs to have better instructions in a room regarding different information about trash situation. The housecleaning staff were upset that I was helpful leaving the trash outside in hallway. I was not aware i had to do. Overall, the stay was very good! All staff need training how to adjust accessibility for non French speakers and captioning for people with hearing loss to read in captioning. They did not know how to help until one staff on 2nd day helped setting it up because others did not know to use accessibility features in TV!

The room is great, toilet separated from bath. The only thing is too noisy as the hotel right in front of the Square, so many drunk or people talking and shouting after mid-night. We need to closed all window but the room become stuffy. We stayed there for 5 days, the same breakfast for 5 days and very limited items too. We are still ok, cos wanna fill the stomach then go for our sightseeing. I still gave 5 star as the hotel location is super good. 1 min away from metro, tram and buses. Food, restaurant and super market around the corner. Walking distance to all place of interest. A must stay hotel in Brussels

This was one of the better hotel that our party stayed at during our European trip. The kitchen was fully equipped for meal prepping and the sofa bed itself had 2 individual mattresses that were could be separated into 2 single beds (no single mattress that sagged in the middle). The windows opened into an indoor mall but were soundproof when closed. The elevator did break down twice during our 3 night stay, which was rather inconvenient. We were told to use the sole service elevator which wasn't too bad but depending on the time might be overcrowded as it was rather small and both guests and staff were using.it.

Super helpful and friendly front staff. Shout out to the wonderful gentleman who gave my husband an empty cardboard box and packing tape so we could mail excess souvenirs back home! Our backs appreciated it. We were on the fourth floor and it was surprisingly quiet even though we overlooked the tram entrance. Room was comfortable and clean.

We had the worst experience ever at this hotel. No hot water, repeated promises to resolve. Trapsing to an alternative room, once they'd finally investigated, which lost us a full morning with friends. And then the audacity to offer no refund whatsoever apparently because it was a non cancellable booking. Needless to say Hotels.com tried their best for us but Adagio will not budge, so going forward we will never use this chain again. A lesson learnt.
