Everything was excellent. There were comfortable egg chairs in the lobby, board games available for use, a football and pool table, bathrobes in the room, working fridge etc. Staff were excellent and helped me sort airport transfer. Only thing which wasn't so good was the shower in my room - it was either boiling hot or freezing cold with nothing in between. Other than that everything was excellent.

Great location. Helpful and friendly staff. Rooms are comfortable and have good amenities (iron, hairdryer, shampoo, hand lotion etc) and are really nicely laid out to separate the sleeping area and to try to keep you away from possible noise from the corridor as well. Decent cold breakfast and drinks/snacks can be purchased onsite too which is really convenient.

Absolutely loved this hotel! The rooms are huge and modern, they are extremely pet friendly with no additional charge, dog bowls available for use, and the ability to leave your dogs in the room as long as they are not disturbing guests. The lobby area has a nice bar as well! Perfect option when staying in Brussels.
