The room was clean and came with a useful kitchen setup with an induction hob, microwave, pots, pans, plates, glasses and cups, which made it easy to prepare simple meals. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom had built-in shower gel and handwash, and the location was convenient for getting around the city. They also offer a laundry service at an additional cost, which is helpful if you're staying longer. A few downsides: the hotel is fully self-catering, so although there is a kettle, there are no complimentary teas or coffees like you would get in a typical hotel room. There was also no iron or ironing board provided. I didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast buffet, so I can’t comment on that. Tip: it’s worth stopping by a local supermarket to pick up basic essentials for your stay. Overall, a simple and practical hotel that works well for a short trip.

We stayed at Aparthotel Adagio Access Brussels Delta for my son’s birthday trip. Although the hotel doesn’t usually offer birthday gifts, the staff kindly let us choose a few complimentary items at check-in — such a thoughtful and generous gesture! The room was clean and well-equipped with a double-headed stove, microwave, and cooking utensils. The bed was very comfortable, and the 24-hour staff were always polite and helpful. There’s also a small but well-equipped free gym. The only downside was the broken kettle, which caused a short circuit when plugged in, so we had to buy bottled water. It wasn’t replaced before we checked out on the third day. Overall, it was a very good experience and my son loved it!

This was a well-equiped hotel. I loved the kitchenette complete with dishes/cups/fridge/stove/microwave The shower was great! I was worried about it being next to a hospital, but it was very quiet. I will stay here again next time I am in Brussels.

No working AC in peak summer – disappointing experience The hotel claims to offer air-conditioned rooms, but that was not the case at all during our 3-night stay in July, when the weather was extremely hot. None of the ACs were working, and we eventually had to request fans just to get through the night. This was a major letdown and made the stay quite uncomfortable. Aside from the AC issue, the room was small but manageable for a short stay. No cleaning service is offered unless you stay more than 7 days, which is something to be aware of in advance. On a positive note, one of the receptionists—a new young staff member—was extremely kind and helpful, especially during check-in, and that made a good first impression. Overall, location and staff were decent, but the lack of basic comfort like working AC makes it hard to recommend, especially during summer.

Convenient, just what I needed.

Comfortable studio, friendly staff, convenient location, pleasant stay. Dishwasher would have been great, but I did without it. Another small suggestion is to add a smaller pot for cooking something like an egg or hot cereal. I'd also suggest adding a flyer or QR code for online appliance instructions (stove, microwave), as it took me a while to figure out how to operate them in an exact way I wanted (controls are not 100% intuitive). One real small pain point was one of the washing machines being out of order for entire week. Wewash knew about it but didn't seem to be bothered by it enough to come and fix it. This caused a "traffic jam" on the night I wanted to do laundry. Other than that, it was great.

A lovely spacious room in a good location. Car park was private, which is payable per hour. This was ok for the night, but would be pricey if staying longer. Breakfast was lovely and staff were friendly and helpful!
