Great hotel and staff and close to things I wanted to see. I would say I did find that the doors would not close quietly and other guests late at night would let them slam shut which would wake me up and was a big annoying. Overall a great hotel and would choose them again.

Lovely little hotel. Easy to get to downtown. Good area and nice staff. Only thing we didnt like was the fittness center. It is the size of a kids room with barely anything to do unless you want to run or cycle. We choose do to the fittnes and were disapointet.

We had a lovely stay at 9Hotel Chelton. The renovations were great and the rooms and everything were clean. We got in very late and the staff ensured we had a flawless check in experience. Even taking us on a quick tour after we expressed interest in the amenities. The staff was tremendous our entire stay and made us feel welcome and valued. With the exception of one incident when I was trying to utilize the honesty bar and get drinks for my sick girlfriend, I was treated as though I wasn’t a paying guest by one woman staff in particular. Besides that, we loved the location and the breakfast. The dining space was a bit tight for the amount of people during our stay but still a pleasant experience. I would definitely stay again (hopefully during the warmer season).

Beautiful hotel, nice staff. But a period of inconsistent cleaning quality. My room was 2 hours late in being ready for check-in. I asked for no cleaning service on day 2, yet service people came into the room, leaving the toilet running a flow of water for hours (why didn't they fix it?)

Good location and hotel was spotless, didn’t quite put 5 stars as felt the request for more coffee pods (only supplied 2) sugar and milk was quite difficult and I was asked to go down to reception to collect (which I refused as wasn’t dressed - I also completed the post check in questionnaire which was designed to check if there was anything else they could do which I said I’d like more coffee and milk but this didn’t happen, hence I telephoned reception later on to ask. 2 pods for 2 people is a bit light!

Excellent hôtel. Le personnel a été très aimable et prêt à m'assister à tout moment. Très bon petit déjeuner, avec une ambiance agréable. La chambre: La cabine de douche était une très bonne surprise. Vraiment spacieuse, avec un revêtement spécial du sol /pas le carrelage habituel/ qui ne glissait même pas sous les pieds avec du savon. Elle contenait aussi une petite étagère pour ranger ses propres affaires, aussi chose rare de nos jours dans les hôtels. Seul inconvénient de la chambre: la place pour les valises est de taille pour une petite valise. J'occupais la chambre seule et j'ai pu m'arranger avec la mienne qui était pour un long séjour. A deux il aurait été fort inconfortable d'enjamber constamment les bagages.

Cet hôtel est absolument impeccable, joliment décoré. La piscine est petite, bien chauffée et très propre. Au dernier étage, certaines chambres ont une jolie terrasse entourée de jolies plantes. Les terrasses ne sont pas très « intimes » car elles communiquent entre elles mais s’y reposer quelques instants est agréable.

Oda çok temiz ve yeniydi. Büyüklüğü ise 3 kişi için gayet yeterliydi. Merkeze çok yakın değildi ama taksi ile uygun fiyata merkeze gidebildik. Metro istasyonu sadece 5 dakika uzaklıkta. Kahvaltı salonu çok büyük değildi, kahvaltı çeşitliliği ise çok azdı. Peynir çeşidi ve sebze özellikle yeşillik çeşidi artırılabilir.
