It was comfortable. Room was not perfect but very acceptable and having the mini suite was very nice for space. The breakfast was good with only one issue that should be looked at. The eggs and sausage or other food was not hot, it was just warm. Correcting this would get an excellent rating. Every employee was very pleasant and accommodating, always speaking to you and asking if we needed anything. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay! The room was clean, in a great location, and the staff was very friendly. We really enjoyed the 2 bedroom suite, so we could spread out, and having a full kitchen was very convenient with a toddler.

The staff was wonderful and the room was clean. The minisplits were very noisy, the walls were paper thin, so we could distinctly hear our neighbors conversations, and the water in the shower was very warm, but never got hot. The breakfast buffet on Saturday was great, but Sunday had very few options and a lot of things that weren’t being restocked.

Man oh man. What a stay. Front desk working second shift is just as pleasant as can be!! What an asset she is to this property. Our room was absolutely huge I could not get over size of it. Pictures and description don’t do justice at all. Thank you best western Jekyll island for memorable stay !

My stay was perfect. The staff was helpful, breakfast options were great, the location was just steps away from the beach, and it was so nice to have a fully-equipped kitchen in my room since there isn’t a grocery store on the island. Great spot to get away from the hustle and bustle, and truly wind down.
