This condo is a comfortable and welcoming 1,100 sq ft, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom in South Island gated complex and is just 2 miles from the beach and Pier area. Perfect for as little as 1 guest or as many as 6. This condo is kept very clean and fresh. Along with king in the master, the 2nd bedroom has a queen full memory foam mattress. The living room has a sleeper sofa. Pool, fitness room, fast Wifi, free gated parking, laundry in house. Lots of natural light! This condo is up 1 flight of stairs.
