First, the staff is very nice and friendly. The facility is either new or newly renovated. Everything was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a "cold breakfast" as we were told upon checking in. That meant no smelly waffle iron or powdered eggs. Breakfast had hard-boiled eggs, bagels, muffins, yogurt, fruit, and more. It was nice not to come back to the room smelling like waffles! The beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and spacious. We travel through Kingsland often, and our "go-to" hotel was oddly high-priced this time, so I thought I would give this Spark a try. Glad I did...looks like we're coming back next time through. Thanks for a great stay.

The room was clean. The staff were friendly and courteous. The breakfast was minimal, bagels, cereal and yogurt. I appreciate that they cater to guests with pets (I don’t travel with pets) but it does smell like animals stay here unfortunately.
