The room was nice check-in was fast and friendly The room was next to the elevator if your a light sleeper as I am change room noisey As for maintenance the shower handle when i turned the water on it came off in my hand someone should have had this happen before me Also the toilet about every 25 minutes ran for about 10 seconds it was late so i did not contact the front desk on a brighter note the room and bed were comfortable

The Hampton Inn was a convenient stop over for our trip up I95. Easy on and off the highway. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean. Beds were ok.

Enjoyed our stay. Used the gym, which was quite small, but did the trick. We are plant-based, so options at breakfast were limited, but we enjoyed some potatoes and fruit bowls. Nice to see! The food manager told us to make sure we mention this when we book and they will do their best to accommodate. Next time we will. Thanks!

The water pressure in the room was insufficient to shower. After a full day of driving several hundred miles, this was not only annoying but unacceptable. When reported to the front desk, I was only offered a $10.00 Publix gift card. I felt that this should have warranted at a minimum a sizable discount on the price of the room.

Best Place to Stay in Kingsland

What a lovely stay in Kingsland!! The shining star is the entire staff. Every single staff member greeted us and wished us a nice stay. The room was very clean and pleasant. In fact, the entire building was very clean. Breakfast was nice and well attended by staff. This will be our go-to when we pass through Kingsland, which is a regular stop over. Thank you!!

Staff was nice and accommodating. However, room had an odor. Not sure if it was the carpet, the PTAC unit or a combination of both. Front desk provided some air freshener, but that didn’t eliminate the odor. Shower included shampoo and condition, but no soap as do other similar accommodations. Not sure if this location doesn’t provide or if it was just missing in my room. Breakfast was also less than desirable.
