Gorgeous views of the water with available Kayaks. Deep water dock and boathouse with a fish clean table. Dog friendly with extra $95 fee. Please no cats the family is allergic.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please start a load of towels and leave used beds unmade. if you used the coffee pot, please clean and leave top lid open to dry out.
If you used the crab traps, please remove from the water and clean before placing them back in the dock house.
Also, if you use the grill outside, please clean the grill and place the cover back on. Take all trash out to the garbage cans in front of the house.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
