Room was clean but bed was the worst . The ground would have been more comfortable. Furniture was worn out. Chairs had the arm rests had wholes in them from wear . This was the third time staying there and the last.

I just needed a place to sleep on way from Virginia to Florida on a business trip. Unfortunately I didn't get it. First, AC unit very loud and there was an equally noisy dehumidifier in the room (hint, a properly functioning AC unit IS a dehumidifier!) Second, woke up at 12:30 to dulcet tones of residents in adjacent unit having a yelling match until 3 am. Third, TV remote was nightmarishly small buttoned, trying to find volume button in the dark to overcome above noises tesulted in frequent unintended consequences. In short, got 5 hours sleep. Adding insult to injury, mixing valve for shower only produced hot water, all kinds of fun trying to clean up in morning without getting scalded. In short, plenty of other low cost options in the area, won't be staying there again!

Staff at check-in was great. Very nice people. The room was good, looks like it had been updated recently. The only issue I had was the flooring in the room. A lot of hotels are going to a flooring that is hard to keep clean. The bottom of my feet turned black from the dirt.

Hello, This motel for my one night stay on June 28th checked all of my boxes. All of the staff were extremely polite and friendly at check in and check out. The entire room was typical but most importantly very clean with a comfortable bed…and I can be a little picky! The room rate was a bargain and I have often stayed in more expensive motels that are not comparable in any facet to Econolodge Cumberland. Great proximity to I95. Now that I have been a guest once I would stay there again in a heartbeat when I pass through Kingsland Georgia. T. Brill Toronto, Ontario

It was old and rooms need to be renovated. Holes in towels along with old stains. Carpet sticky. The air conditioner stuck on same setting. It was for business travel. It was tolerable but will stay long term at another local location. I will avoid. People at desk did not know about credit cards and various workings when traveling on hotels.com. I conte ted credit card company and rectified.

Booked last minute late at night. Arrived and staff was very kind and quick. Our room was spotless!! I’ve never stayed in an econolodge and I was extremely impressed!
