The staff were great, especially the lady who was looking after the breakfast bar. In our room, the sheets and towels were clean and smelled good, but the bathroom could have used a better cleaning. I will give this hotel a 2 star because it is the first time I have ever seen a cockroach in any hotel I have ever stayed at.

This hotel was filthy. The lobby smelled, the entire building was hot. The room was absolutely disgusting with dirt and dust on the floor in the bathroom. Crumbs and dirt on the carpet. After killing multiple cockroaches in the room within 5mins of walking in we left and did not stay here.

I went to my room and the door stuck I had to pull it to close it so they gave me another room it was fine but the day I was about to leave I saw some roaches coming out the lobby the carpet wasn't clean and the floor was uneven

This was a last min booking as we were stopping for the night. At this point is was around 11 pm. When we pulled in the parking lot there were a lot of random people walking around in the parking lot that clearly were not staying at the hotel. In appearance, the hotel seemed clean, but as soon as we got out of the elevator, the aroma of weed was quite overpowering, and it was just as bad in our room. There was no way we were going to stay there in that with young child. We booked another hotel and stayed there. What really stinks is the room was non refundable!
