The mattress cover had fresh yellow stain spots that clearly could have been washed. It was also full of hair. The air and heating unit was very loud at 75 degrees. I couldn't sleep peacefully. The continental breakfast hours are inconvenient. No elevators. Parking ok. Staff seemed very lazy. The recliner in my room damaged my favorite coat because it had a nail sticking out of it on the back. The bathroom door wouldn't close. So there was NO PRIVACY. The complimentary water taste like salt (maybe the filter wasn't changed.)
Fresh stains found on the mattress cover.

The hotel staff has been extremely helpful with extending my stay. There were no unanswered questions when deciding to extend my stay I wasn’t made to checkout and wait until after 3 pm, rather I was able to just move into another room right then making it so much more convenient. Thank you for also insuring that the outdoor hot tub was clean and at a comfortable temperature! It made the holiday feel special even while being away on business!
